Chemical Consultants CG-4 is a press wash which is a highly effective, fast drying, stencil safe cleaner for the removal of screen printing inks.
This product is designed for the removal of of plastisol and UV inks when reclaiming your screen. CG-4 is emulsion and capillary stencil safe. It will protect the fabric from deep stains or ghosting from the image print, which makes it much easier when complete reclamation of the screen is necessary. This product is an excellent cleaner for the removal of pallet or printer’s adhesive. CG-4 can be re-circulated or applied manually using the following steps.
PRESS WASH / SCREEN OPENER
Apply CG-4 to both sides of the screen then wipe or squegee off until all residue is gone. CG-4 works extremely well when cataloging the screen.
RECIRCULATING SCREEN CLEANER
Card excessive ink from the screen. This product can be continuously re-circulated until product becomes too heavily soiled with solids. Used product may be filtered and re-used. *Dispose of in accordance with state, local and federal regulations.
