Are local deliveries available?
Yes, we offer local delivery to locations in Orange County, Inland Empire, Riverside, San Diego, and San Bernardino. A delivery fee may apply. For more details, feel free to call us at (714) 289-4435.
What products do I need to get started with screen printing?
Feel free to give us a call at (714) 289-4435. You can also visit us in person, we will gladly help you get started.
What payment methods do you accept?
Paypal, Credit Cards (Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover). We also accept cash for all pick-ups as well. Due to consumer fraud, we protect all credit info per PCI compliance. We reserve the right to refuse a shipment if the proper security credentials are not met or we are unable to validate the proper shipping address (ie. ship to an address not linked to CC or bank account).
What shipping do you offer?
UPS is our standard method of shipping. Orders received by 2 pm PST will be shipped out the same day (we will contact you if there are any problems with your order) COD, Money Order or company check will be shipped on an approval basis(call 800-667-1212 if there are any issues). We reserve the right to refuse a shipment if the proper security credentials are not met or we are unable to validate the proper shipping address (ie. ship to an address not linked to CC or bank account). There is a $50.00 palleting fee for equipment and large orders. If you have your own shipping company please call us to make arrangements. USPS Priority flat rate may also be used on some of our smallest products.
How else can I place an order?
You may place an order online or by phone. Please place all phone orders at 800-667-1212. If you have a large order you can e-mail it to beckmar@sbcglobal.net. You are welcome to Fax it in if you wish our fax # is 714-289-4478. Please allow time to process all large e-mailed or faxed orders. Please leave a P.O. and phone to be reached so we may call back to confirm your order.
