About Emulsions
Screen printing emulsion is a light-sensitive chemical applied to mesh screens to create detailed stencils for printing. Choosing the right emulsion is crucial for achieving sharp, high-quality prints. Different types of emulsions, including diazo, photopolymer, and dual-cure, are each suited to specific printing conditions. Diazo emulsions offer greater flexibility but require longer exposure times, while photopolymer emulsions cure quickly and are ideal for high-volume production. Dual-cure emulsions combine the benefits of both for enhanced durability and versatility.

High Viscosity Emulsion
Fast exposure with excellent image quality
Hard, durable stencils, resistant to the widest range of inks and additives
Superior mesh adhesion
High viscosity for easy coating on low or high mesh counts
Works excellent for all applications
Moderate water resistance
Needs to be mixed with sensitizer (try mixing half in another container for long-lasting sensitized life)
General Purpose Emulsion
Excellent definition and line edge
Blue color offers excellent contrast yet easy registration
Highest build-up proud of mesh with low Rz values
Moderate water resistance
Needs to be mixed with sensitizer (try mixing half in another container for long-lasting sensitized life)
Diazo Direct Emulsions
Economical Photosensitive Emulsion
Shoots fast
Durable, yet easily reclaimable
Needs to be mixed with sensitizer (mix half at a time for long-lasting sensitized life)
